2. Account Registration & User Responsibilities

  • Users must sign up for an account to place orders, track dispatched orders, and access invoices.

  • Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and confidential.

3. Orders, Payments, and Refunds

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order is ready and dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

  • Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are generally not offered. However, if a design file issue arises, we will make our best effort to resolve it. If the issue persists, a full refund may be processed. Users must provide complete details and screenshots for refund requests, which must be submitted within 7 days of digital delivery.

  • We accept all major debit/credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Since our products/services are digital, all orders will be delivered through the customer panel, where users can easily download their files, and email. No physical deliveries will be made.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Sewing Floss, including but not limited to designs, images, layouts, themes, text, and graphics, is exclusively owned by or licensed to Sewing Floss.

  • Reproduction, redistribution, or resale of any part or the entirety of our work is strictly prohibited.

  • Using the name “Sewing Floss” for emails, payments, or fraudulent activities.

  • Misusing our services or engaging in spamming.

8. Termination & Account Suspension

  • Accounts inactive for 1 month and those with outstanding invoices for over 1 month will be subject to termination or suspension.
